In 2020, business environments in the world changed greatly. The ideal ways of doing human resource development and business training were also transformed greatly in the year.
Amid the big changes, we ceaselessly received many voices from our customers — “We are facing big changes, but now is the time to seek more meaningful education.”
To meet our many customers’ expectation, we repeated trials and errors in a short period of the year.
What are the values we can really provide in the new normal era? When I asked myself this fundamental question, I noticed 15 years had passed since the foundation of the company. By checking the vision and mission prepared at the time of foundation one by one, I strongly realized the necessity of a “new combination” (innovation) of two elements: the unchanging belief since the foundation and the new business environment that changed greatly beyond our imagination.
In March 2021, we decided to change our ways of providing services greatly.
Going forward, Green will ensure the effectiveness of learning and safety for working persons in a new way that goes with the times, and develop business training and human resource development services, focusing on “friendliness” to earth environments or working/learning environments.
While we will fully utilize the merits of online services (on-demand/live broadcasting/web conferences), keeping the high quality and effectiveness of programs, we will realize the fun, fulfillment and feeling of release obtained through offline real classes by utilizing technologies and facilitation skills cultivated through long years of experiences.
We hope you are looking forward to our new service lineup.
